There are various market opportunities for efficient financial systems, which minimizes the manual labour and increases efficiency. Many systems in the financial markets are legacy, which are far from user friendly and develops very slowly to very high costs. Provided that these are systems set to work in an environment which is changing fast and constantly imposes new regulations many banks and financial institutions run into very high IT development costs maintaining these systems.
Sharpfin mitigates these challanges by providing a user friendly, easy to use and complete front office to back office financial application. The targeted audience are banks and financials institutions which make use of such systems. The systems uses modern technology such as web and mobile apps and is developed for quality, speed and usability.

The logo shall express quality rather than price and we intend to hold a very high profile and not compromise with quality or usability.
The name is combined by Sharpe (which is a measure of risk adjusted performance and the last name of the inventor of this measure William Sharpe) and "fin" for financial.
Note that the name of the company is Sharpfin (without the e in Sharpe). It does give associations to Shark though with values like quiet, dignified, aggressive in the right moment etc.
