I love this from the get go, the designer read into what I wanted and created a great design.

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
If you notice from my "Integrated Businessman" Logo - there are many different-colored balloons that form an umbrella over the words. I like the "many-colored" idea as this implies "many views are accepted/celebrated"... Rather than generic rainbow colors, I specifically chose the following "autumn leaf" colors to work with: EF7C22, A34E25, 7A6E24, EB7D24, EF9C22, FADF8E

I really want a design that can convey "Acceptance, Style and Creativity"... I want my audience to instantly see that with a visual logo that incorporates one or more of the following: A) an abstract take on the letter "W" or "WZ" as an emblem to accompany the text, B) The use of "Autumn-hued" rainbow colors, C) The use of smaller different colored pieces making up a whole D) the use of a "circular seal" or "gate" giving the impression that even though all are accepted, entry into the website offers solace and protection and quality.
My old design was "The Integrated Businessman" - go look at it to get a sense of the color scheme I cam using at http://www.theintegratedbusinessman.com. Another thing that would be helpful to know is that The Worthiness Zone was founded by me - an eleven year resident at a spiritual meditation center, so I'm very into zen aesthetic, wisdom, natural images of growth..., I later went on to serve in the business world - so I want to honor both the business and spirit side of things in the logo!
