I'm certainly opened to suggestions but i think that a round-shaped logo is what gets noticed... A great deal of fortune 500 companies have a round logo (Starbucks, Target, Pepsi, Tide, most car manufactures) and some of them can be seen from a long distance away (ie: BP, Target, Burger King). I understand that a property maintenance company is way different from a gas station, burger joint or a detergent company but I'm just trying to make a point as to why I'm set on a round logo. It certainly can not guarantee success but it is definitely more noticeable. It STANDS OUT. 'COOL' design is good too.
