A new village counter service coffee bar and cafe' serving specialty coffee beverages, smoothies, Italian sodas, pastries, crepes, soups, salads, wraps, and paninis; and also providing bulk coffee and some coffee equipment. Situated in a turn of the century house by the village square. We provide a cozy spot for people to gather and recharge with a good cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Our primary audience is 18-40 year old suburban working class people.
Design elements might include a vintage coffee grinder, gears, beans, or even a muscled, sleeves-rolled-up guy with a handlebar mustache smiling back at you with his hand on the grinder wheel. Maybe a hint of whimsy? Who knows? We hope you do!
