My clients have been teenagers 14-18 and wedding couples, so I would like my logo to appeal to a wider audience. I specialize in both group + wedding choreography. Parents hire me to choreograph a cotillion or ballroom dance for their daughter's sweet 15, sweet 16, or 18th birthday party. Wedding couples hire me to choreograph a first dance or special performance. My audience is comprised of people spending money on events looking to make it unique + memorable for their guests. I know it's cliche, but I want my logo to symbolize a high-end product for an affordable price. Since I offer a convenient service (my clients provide a dance space for rehearsal - I come to you) without a rental of a dance studio, my choreography packages are significantly less in comparison to what others are charging, but you receive equal, if not enhanced client treatment + satisfaction. Hence, affordable luxury.
I am passionate about dance, food + travel. It is a possibility that I will somehow eventually expand Dance with Carla with food + travel and create a business that incorporates my skills with all three passions. ("Dine with Carla," "Destinations with Carla," etc. So I want the logo to be compatible with others and/or easily adaptable to suit the other businesses.
I am NOT an artist, don't judge me, but I attempted to sketch out some ideas I had. I like how a high-heeled dance shoe might be incorporated, but not the focus. Also like how the incomplete ring around my company name looks like a "C." I'd like to see a couple of options with + without the C, high-heel, and footsteps. Also would like to see options as far as color + font with "Dance with Carla."
I don't want a font easily recognizable - so no generic fonts, please.
