CRGvault was absolutely amazing to work with! They listened very well, were incredibly talented and abided by my several requests in a very speedy time frame. It would be a pleasure to work with them again!
Our designer was very prompt on returned designs and always eager to help. We really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to get the logo into production so we can display it on project sites!
Thank you for your hard work and being easy and quick to make changes. You did an excellent job!
Very efficient and an eye for details.
How maticaarts started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Circus. Juggling, unicycle, hoop, aerial arts- silks and trapeze.
We are currently doing more municipal events and family. We'd like to continue with this but go a little sleaker/sophisticated and appeal to a more corporate, weddings, higher end events without loosing the family appeal. I do a lot of stilt walking and my partner does roving unicycle. We own a circus studio but this is our performance page. We are working on a new show this fall that is not family specific and more artful, more evening.
Our closest competitor is probably : http://jasonpipitone.com/
Though he is more a comic juggler than we are
Also, this guy- http://www.bendinggravity.com/
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Entertainment & The Arts
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I don't like red & yellow tigether
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Organic. Beautiful. Simple.
Fun. Motion good. Probably too cartoony for my vision but I like it.
Simple. Memorable. Easy to brand
Tree nice. Spiral
Like the arch. Many colors nice wo being busy.
Clarity good. Movement good. Don't like the pointy fingernails
Like the wood and organic feel.
The shape is nice and the simplicity of the lines that make the nest image
Whimsical. I love the name dreams lab! Not sure about the yellow but it does stand out.
We will be using the logo on our website, postcards and tee shirts. The name "Matica" means little plant in Spanish- the idea was that we are a growing organism, soaking up the light and leaving little seeds behind (seeds=work we do w kids). This is still relevant but our difficulty is that the name tells people nothing - we are adding "circus" to the name (instead of Arts) now to help clarify. We live in a rural area and train here, eat good food and like to keep things classy. I am currently interested in appealing to a more night time/sophisticated audience (wo loosing our current) and do more whimsical/fantasy events.
I do not like yellow/red together.
Our current website is pretty bad (updating that too) but http://www.maticarts.com. we are primarily a duo but bring in other artists on bigger events or when clients are looking for other skills.
although our studio website is separate, you can get to know us a bit more http://www.thrivemovementstudio.com
I am also on IG as heidimaticathrive
At one time we had shadow bodies spelling Matica but another artist from NYC kept threatening to sue us saying it looked too much like hers- it was not clear enough that it said Matica. It was a silly but we took it down bc it wasn't clear anyway.
