In the first few days, I didn’t receive anything I was crazy about. Then I decided to send suggestions to the designers to adapt their logos. A few designers stayed with me and we came up with a perfect version of what I was thinking to what they interpreted perfectly.
How Vineyard Homes started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
"Building Custom Homes"
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a woman, I have been building custom homes for 25 years. My customers are 2nd to 3rd time home buyers between 45-70 years old. Homes range from $500,000. to $800,000. My clients know exactly want they want. Mainly... quality!
I have an existing logo, I will attach. I want to "update" the logo. Mainly because the name is not easily readable from the street (on a sign). I chose the name "Vineyard Homes" because, to me, it sounds classy, high end, quality, like my homes! And of course, I like wine, and am a member of many wineries, haha.
So, I need a classy, strong, but not too strong, easy to read logo. Something that represents a seasoned builder, quality, stylish but strong.
I like the old logo but not visible. I need a easily readable logo.
I have chosen burgundy or red colors in the past because of wine colors.

I NEED THIS TO BE READABLE ON A 20" WIDE SIGN THAT COULD BE 50-70' AWAY FROM VIEWER.
Under the logo I would like "Building Custom Homes" that needs to compliment the name? But not as significant. http://www.vineyardhomesnm.com
