Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Traditionally a male-dominated industry, tunneling is slowly beginning to attract more women as engineers, project managers, writers, and more. The number of women working in tunneling has increased in recent years, and we want to maintain the trend.
By gathering, networking, and spreading our message, we hope to bring light to the importance of women in tunneling, and find ways to encourage more women to get involved in this exciting field. Even to this day, in some countries, women are still not allowed to enter tunnels, even if they themselves are project managers or engineers for that project. This organization is a not-for-profit womens support group that consists of women from different companies in the tunneling world.

It is preferable to include some sort of tunnel or arch in the logo to represent tunneling. There are many groups that have the women face and body silhouettes - we'd prefer to stray away from that. We'd like something that is appealing to all genders, with a feminine touch. This group is mainly made up of engineers, so something clean, modern and smart is best.
