Sun Scaffold rents and sells a unique kind of scaffolding (hydraulic work platforms). They are dealers for the https://www.fraco.com/ brand - check out that website to see the hydraulic work platforms in action. Their primary customers are builders working on multi story buildings. Their biggest competitor is https://www.hydro-mobile.com/.
Their parent company (a masonry company) has been around for 40 years and are ready for a real logo that conveys their brand and their product. The scaffolding itself is orange and they would like to stick to their current colors of blue, orange and neutrals - but the logo doesn't have to include all of these colors but would need to be compatible with them. The logo will go on a new website and should also look good in solid white or solid black. This scaffolding is safer than traditional scaffolding and it saves time on labor because it’s very easy to move it to whatever position you need.
The values they want conveyed in their new website (and logo) is helpful and modern with an underlying enthusiasm/excitement/sense that this is fun - without being goofy. The things they can do with these hydraulic work platforms can’t be accomplished with traditional scaffolding - take a look at the clock tower image included below - it’s pretty cool stuff and they want this reflected in the logo (not the clock tower but the enthusiasm and sense that this is cool/fun stuff).
The logo will be used on their new website so it will need to work in a horizontal layout, but having an optional stacked version would be great too.
