I work in Talent Management for Southern Company Operations - http://www.southerncompany.com/ and we are launching our first ever "Employee Development Week" in 2018. Training will be offered for non-exempt employees on up to those in leadership- there will be something for everyone. The training workshops will be 2 hours or less providing an opportunity for employees to gain new skills or get a refresher on training that can be used in their current roles.
