Hotlanta Hot Sauce
Hotlanta Hot Sauce is an award winning hot sauce company based out of Atlanta, GA. We currently produce one flavor of hot sauce, which is original Hotlanta Hot Sauce. It mixes habanero, cayenne, and arbol chile peppers with peaches, onions, and garlic.
It's a fun, great tasting hot sauce straight from Atlanta, and it tastes good on everything.
Our target market is anyone who might like hot sauce. Teenagers, adults, males, females, ages 15 and up. This is a hot sauce brand that should appeal to everyone.
This is not a hot sauce designed to send you to the hospital. The emphasis is on heat and flavor, and Atlanta/the south.
This hot sauce retails for around $3-$4 a bottle, around what Cholula and Tabasco cost. It is not a 'boutique' gourmet hot sauce (Dave's insanity sauce, any number of specialty super-hot sauces) - it is intended for the masses.
Our current logo (and label) is bad. The fonts are very boring and standard, the peach is hard to recognize as a peach, and it feels very flat. We are open to all types of new approaches.
We are seeking a new logo design that communicates "Hotlanta Hot Sauce" is a clear and fun way. It should be a logo that we can use on our bottles of hot sauce as the 'brand' or 'title' part of a bottle label, and it should also be a logo that can stand alone, for instance on a t-shirt or a sticker, or as part of a sign. It should also be a logo that can become the new focal point of our bottle label.
Things we would like to get across:
Things we might like to try and incorporate:
-Peach as sun.
-Skyline of Atlanta.
Style-wise, we do not want to offend or get too intricate - no crazy flames, skull&bones, or anything like that. The logo should be clear and easy to read and understand. Think Texas Pete, Cholula, etc.
Simple is ok. Do not feel that you need to try and incorporate the city, peach, peppers, etc, if it becomes cluttered or too busy.
Because this logo will be going on a small bottle and needs to be readable at a glance., it cannot be overly wide relative to it's height. Please email me if you have questions.
We like reds/oranges/yellows for the colors, but open to new ideas. Clear, readable text is good.
