Andi was awesome and completely hit the mark on my logo design. He blew the other options out of the water. It was creative yet also professional which is exactly what I asked for.
We were very pleased with the logo and the responsiveness from our designer.

Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My organization is party of Kyani, an international Nutraceutical company. My organization is known for helping people reach one of the first ranks in the company called Jade (based on the gemstone). The Factory portion is that I teach and train people how to become a Jade, not get lucky and find someone that is skilled. I bring raw natural talent into the factory and I send out a skilled, confident marketer that helps people achieve their dreams of health, weath, time freedom, and significance.

The factory of course!
I would like a smoke stack built into a building (Jade Factory). I would like a dumptruck backed up to the factory. The mental picture I have people walk through with their eyes closed is coming up on a big factory building, driving their dump truck up, backing into the factory, dumping the raw material on a conveyor built that goes throughout the factory floor, they get out of the dumptruck and walk up to their workstation. Above their workstation is a blank canvas that is where their mental picture of their dreams and desires go. That is why they came to work at the factory today. The conveyor belt brings their raw material to their workstation. They have a control panel. There is a up and down switch that turns on a bright light onto the raw material. This is on the right of the control panel. This is where we inspect and ask questions and find out what this person (raw material) wants. Once we find it, there is a dial/voltage meter next to the switch in the middle of the workstation. This is where we dial in how bad the raw material wants to achieve their desires (1 to 10). To the left of the dial is a lever. This moves the raw material to the next station or it diverts it to the waste exit and pollutes the river that runs behind the factory. Then the next raw material comes up to the workstation. As the material leaves the factory, they have been transformed into Jades as the finished good.
