The designer immediately interpreted my vision and also added some suggestions that made this design perfect. He did many revisions that I requested promptly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend him!!

Let designers make suggestions:
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We are in the process of changing the name of our business. Our current name is Chandler, O'Rear & Associates and the new name will be some variation of On Track 401(k). Our old business name was intentionally vague but now our main focus is working with companies on 401(k) plans and want our name and brand to reflect that.
One of the things that sets us apart from our competition is that we meet with employees in 401(k) plans individually and educate them on where they should invest and how much they should be saving. We want to make sure that participants in our plans have positive outcomes and are saving enough for retirement.
Some of the words that I would use to describe how we approach business are: Independent, Objective, Transparent, Unbiased, and Fiduciary.
We are open to having what I would consider a traditional logo with some sort of image and our company name or some stylized representation of OnTrac(k) without an image. We’ve played around with a few of the free logo generators and feel like we need something that is fresher and less obvious. We don’t just want an arrow pointing up and to the right on a chart representing the market going up. The reason we have the (k) in our name is because 401(k) is the IRS code that deals with this type of retirement plan having the (k) in the “( )” is not required if it makes for a better logo. Having the (k) may be a way to show that we are focused on this type of business and our audience would have enough background knowledge to pick up on that.
I attached some of the things we considered but didn't love.
