Andy did a good job of capturing the right look with his first entry - simple, clean, professional. He also was courteous and sought feedback. He understood my requests for adjustments, and made them in a timely fashion. Many of the other designers in the contest did well, but not only did Andy have the best design, he also was the easiest to work with.

Nikola was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and her approach to design feedback is spot on. If you are looking for a great design I highly recommend you seek out Nikola (Zen Designs®)
the process was brilliantly easy to use for a non-digital guy.

We provide practical and adaptable project, program and portfolio management services, methods, training and tools to businesses seeking to improve their project outcomes. We have a special focus on healthcare organizations, though not a sole focus on them. We guide your company to greener pastures through practical, adaptable project management solutions. Our solutions provide a low barrier to entry into the use of project management best practices. The target audience would be mid-level or executive level management that have a felt need for their staff to be more effective in accomplishing projects. And typically, it will be IT and engineering oriented departments or businesses that will want our services. "Shepherd" communicates our approach - we treat projects and project teams like a shepherd treats a flock - guiding, helping, and anticipating trouble - all with a clear direction on where we are going.

Regarding font, I am thinking a clean, professional serif font, but if you think there is a san serif that will work, I am open to it.
The uploaded image show a couple ideas I have played with. Possible imagery to incorporate that should be somewhat abstract, but identifiable:
- shepherd's crook (definitely want this)
- greener pasture (optional)
- something that indicates 4 steps in a cycle (thus the four points in my example logo, desired to have)
- gantt chart (lines with diamonds on ends, I am thinking that the 4 points and gantt chart can somehow be worked together)
I will be using this logo for EVERYTHING and need the logo to be usable for a wide variety of uses - print, digital and video.
