Leading Online Therapy Website Looking for Logo Redesign

Overview
RehabEdge has been serving the physical and occupational therapy community since 1999 with our dynamic online forum, one-of-a-kind online continuing education catalog, and comprehensive therapy products catalog.
We have achieved a #1 ranking for physical and occupational therapy continuing education searches on Google, #1 & #2 on Bing, and #4 & #1 on Yahoo. We list over 1800 courses and have serveral national clients.
We are expanding our products catalog and launching a new website redisign in the next few months. We have had our current logo at http://www.rehabedge.com since 2003 and we're looking for an update. We have had one proposal outside of 99designs (attached homepage image). While we do like the newer logo, we want to see some other options.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our customers include physical and occupational therapists, continuing education providers for therapy, and product vendors that focus on the therapy industry.
Physical and occupational therapists are 76% female, have average salary ranges of $50,000 to $100,000, and have completed 4-7 years of college. Therapy professionals tend to be active and healthy. These professionals comprise our current membership of over 12,000 and who we want to attract.
Product vendors and course providers use RehabEdge to get their products or services in front of these professionals.
Requirements
We are redesigning our website and are looking for an updated logo.
The one alternative logo we have as an option is attractive to us (see attached devScreen.pdf), but we would like to see an image that could be branded and recognized independent of text.
The logo will need to flow with our pending site redesign (home page image attached). The rest of the new site will have a similar theme. Please match the colors of the attached logo.
No running man please unless it is really unique. We did that 10 years ago before going to the swoosh in 2004.
