addisoj8 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Lifestyle magazine on happiness and Disney
Check out addisoj8's Logo design contest…
We are an internet lifestyle/news magazine that has stories, articles, and editorials on both happy things and all things Disney. Ideally, we’re looking for something fun and bubbly, yet classy and clean. The colors are up to your discretion. This will mostly be a blog targeted at women in their mid-30s and above. Primarily, the design should fit very well in the logo space of a website — which is relatively compact, of course. Secondarily, the design should be able to look great on shirts and apparel.
I’m interested in combination logos. “Disney magic” is a large theme, but it’s use should be relatively subtle.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $399.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
