Logo for Billing Application

Blesta is a new web based billing application for hosting companies, web designers, and others. We need to build up our brand with what we were lacking at product launch.. a great logo.

The logo is meant to replace what we currently have up at http://www.blesta.com which is just the word Blesta spelled out in Monotype Corsiva.

It would be great if the logo had a portable element that could be used instead of the happy face icon shown on http://www.blesta.com and inside the app (demo.blesta.com). We like the happy face icon, but it could use improvement. The happy face icon is typically used where we do not have enough space for the full logo. So, it would be great if the logo had an element to it that could be pulled out and used instead of this happy face icon, or if the happy face icon were tweaked and somehow worked into the logo design.

The logo should be clean and professional. We don't want to see gradients, and the logo should look great in plain white or grayscale as well as color, if color is used. The only requirements as far as color goes is that it fit in well on our current site.

The logo will be used for web and print, so we prefer vector artwork.
