We are changing our name to Mass Ingenuity because it is what we are all about. Henry Ford invented the system of management we all grew up in, but it was based on the realities of a Mass Production world (making many of the same thing). The web delivered to us a world of Mass Customization (everything unique) where we have what seems like infinite choice. For companies to prosper they must be far more agile than in Mass Production days, yet our ways of managing are hierarchical in nature and slow to change and imposssible to flex. Mass Ingenuity is an integrated system of management (we call it DOING) and leadership (we call it BEING) they achieves employee engagement at a massive scale -- autonomous action occuring every day at every level of the organization yet in complete alignment with the organization's vision, values and goals. It's a wonderful place to work because it is safe, disciplined, open, human (compassionate), dynamic and inspirational. EVERYONE wants to work for an organization that has achieved a Mass Ingenuity level of employee engagement.
