Bloggeter is an idea that stems from two colliding industries:
2) Internet Marketing
Most bloggers are not good marketers, and most marketers don't understand the power of a blog. HOWEVER, the few that have been able to put the two together (e.g., Bloggers that consider themselves Internet Marketers) have been able to build significant brand names with huge followings and sell a boat load of stuff to their lists via email marketing, etc.
Many bloggers are trying to teach other bloggers how to make money blogging, however, the only people that make money blogging make money by USING their BLOG as a tool to MARKET via the internet.
So, I am going to use "Bloggeter" to teach bloggers how to become internet marketers and create multiple streams of income by using their Blog as their central hub. And, I am putting a "Social Media Marketing" spin on it too. So, "Bloggeter" will be a cross between "blogging" and "social media marketing", hence, "Bloggeter" (Blogger/Marketer).
My niche focus is going to be on teaching bloggers how to set up micro-continuity sales funnels (simply put, a membership based training program that only lasts for a period of weeks or months; hence micro). Micro Continuity programs are a great way to create automated systems so a blogger sets up the training once, then just drives traffic to his/her blog to sell their training program
Bloggers looking to make money from their blogging
Internet markters looking to learn how to harness the power of blogging
Social Media Marketers looking to learn how to leverage a blog
Anyone looking to make money from home (e.g., work at home moms, etc.)
I am looking for a logo that will be my BRAND. Recognizable, something that stands out and POPS. Professional, yet warm and inviting. Web 2.0'ish since we focus on Social Media Marketing too. Think "Oprah"
If this term catches on, it could be huge and mainstream fast. I want something that is somewhat cutting edge, but also acceptable for the mainstream.
Be creative...have fun with it. I am not sure if I want the .com in the Brand or not...
It might be fun to see a mascot to go with it?
Imagine this term on t-shirts everywhere: I'm a Bloggeter ;-)
