With our service, our aim is to remove the anger and frustration shoppers feel because the things they just bought went on sale a few days or weeks after they made the purchase.
At the same time we want shoppers to shop with peace of mind and not hesitate from buying what they want, when they want it. We do this by removing the anxiety that if they make the purchase now, they will lose out, since they expect the prices to drop.
With Big Refunds shoppers don't have to worry about shopping or delaying their shopping, since like a guardian angel, Big Refunds is there to protect them from losing out if prices drop after they've made the purchase.
Our target audience is anyone who shops online - across age, gender, ethnicities, or geographies.
Our typical user would be someone who shops online at least four to five times a year
