Logo Design for new Information Technology company

Our company sells Disaster Recovery technology and services to Latin America. We sell software, storage, and cloud managed services to any company needing to protect their data.

We are targeting all companies and organizations in Latin America. But, we do not want our logo to be "locked" into one specific technology. We are a software and technology services company but will eventually change to offer other types of software and services.

The name "pantera" means "panther" in Spanish. We would like our logo to reflect both the image of a black panther, to have a spin on technology, and to include the company name in the logo.

We would also like, if possible, to have the logo mesh well with the deep blue colors of our web site. Eye color on the panther could be blue like the site.

Please be creative though... we love cool designs that show we are a young, hip, technology company.

I attached a couple of example pics, but... we are OPEN to suggestion on anything better. We could not find much out there that we liked.
