My colleagues and I are VERY happy with the final design for the International Network of Paediatric Surveillance Units (INoPSU). The process was easy! It was great working with a designer who captured the brief, responded to comments and was willing to tweak and update the designs. Thank you so much- we really appreciate your help!!!
How Mediakzar started their logo design journey
We are a husband & wife turning our labor of love website into (hopefully) more of a commercial money-making venture. We are in the process of redesigning the web page and would like to include a new logo on the new website as a part of our makeover. A beta version is now up that you can view. One of the unique features of our website it that all reviews reflect actual experience.
Our background includes many years of experience working for advertising agencies but in the media (non-creative) department.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our website should appeal to travelers planning a trip to Mexico; particularly Quintana Roo or the Yucatan.
We are looking for a logo represent our website – mxtravel.com.
1. No Cartoons - we want to present a professional image
2. While not a copy, we attempted to style our website along similar lines as tripadvisor..
3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out.
Here are examples of logos that we like:
adidas - http://www.free-extras.com/images/a…go-659.htm
Northface - http://www.goodlogo.com/images/logo…o_2378.gif
Here is an example of what we are trying to avoid: http://www.cartoon-design.com/
Colors – have a look at the website and pick colors that go with the basic color scheme there.
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
