I liked to say that Scot at Ninpoart did an excellent job on my cover which I've been told by others is excellent. I gave my specifications for the design and he exceeded my own mental image. Also he helped me to sift through the problems I had with Ingram trying to get in into their particular system. All and all I'm very pleased.
How Chris Pope started their logo design journey
We are online games publisher offering games for people to play for free.
There will be a mix of different types of games all of which will be simple to play but hard to master. The site will have a broad appeal to all age groups due to the mix of games on offer.
We will be offer games across multiple platforms such as mobile, browser based flash including some which will also be on facebook.
Making the brand easy to see on a mobile iphone like screen will be a small challenge.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our core target market is basically under 25.
"They use facebook and bebo as regularly as their phones and believe that they internet is not this weird thing that you do in dads study as they are happily doing it on the bus on the way to school / college / uni."
We have not established any brand guidelines as such which means this is an important project for helping us to establish this. Don't worry this also means that its a blank canvas.
It important that the logo is able to give the site some credibility and not look cheap or tacky.
The logo should be fresh and easy to read on an iphone screen.
It should include the strap line "we came to play"
The logo should be cute with an urban edge and potentially include a character influenced by the below i.e. cool but a little wacky at the same time.
