New logo design for OnDemand Resources - looking for out of box thinkers!

The slogan does not have to be incorporated in our main logo, but it
we should have the option to put it there.

We work with clients to match them with project based independent
experts from our extensive network of resources in areas of strategic
procurement, supply chain and operations. More info about us at
http://www.ondemandresources.com - essentially, we are an extension of
our clients' internal team, and provide highly specialized
expertise... kind of the flexible piece of puzzle, a branch on a tree,
a leave on a branch type thing... hope this helps.

The logo should represent what our business does - we are an expansion of our clients' teams, we work collaboratively, we focus on results. We want a logo that can be used across multiple media - website, but also LinkedIn, email, etc. (in a scale down version - perhaps just the two initials, etc. - for example not the tag line, etc.) The two squares in our current logo represent the client team (in gray/black, and our flexible team/consultants in green as an expansion of their own in house capabilities...). We are very open to very different ideas - our current logo is fine, we would like to be more modern... Ability to use the logo or a part of it or a version of it on LinkedIn (limited space) is very important to us. Hope this helps.
