Logo design for one of the largest European community portals

SerbianCafe.com is the leading Serbian community/portal/news site with 160.000 visits per day.

We need a new logo that will fulfill these requirements:
- should look stylish, clean, catchy
- should not look too serious or too casual as we have transformed from a chat/forum site to a full blown portal
- should include words "Serbian Cafe" or "SerbianCafe.com"
- must not use green and pink colors
- should not worry about pastels on the page. Our redesign will get rid of those, and page will be mostly white like newly redesigned sites of yahoo.com, nytimes.com and cnn.com
- should not look like Serbian flag, regardless of our name
- must not associate to coffee, coffee beans or coffee drinking
- should look strong, even with a big number of banners on the front page
