Scholarspot.com is a source for free educational materials powered by its users. Sort of like Youtube + digg.
The creative theme I would like to leave to the designers. Please take a look at scholarspot.com and get a feel for the site, the design is likely to change greatly however try to design the logo based around the sites current feelings. I will leave the color scheme completely up to you.
