we are a new company with a website on the way

an agency for English language courses around the world (main countries being the UK, USA, Malta, Ireland, Australia)

students would normally purchase a package and study abroad

we want to offer high quality and very detailed information on the schools and courses we offer

we want give alot of importance to marketing/branding and believe that image is the key to success (along with customer support)

we believe that a language course is not only about the lessons, but also about differnt cultures meeting , making friends, having fun after classes, conversations

All kinds of nationalities . Ages 12 to 100.

Basically anyone who thinks they would benefit from improving their English.

company name is travel4english (lowercase)

Style : Modern, Trendy, Chic, Fun logo

will be used for the website and business cards, stationary etc

Colour base should be a cool blue (no boring blues) but can also use other colours that go with it.

logo should preferably consist of an icon on the left and the text on the right

icon should possibly be able to be used without the text. Icon should not boring or traditionally assosciated with learning like books
We would welcome ideas for the icon like - people from around the globe coming to meet new people or possibly using 't4e' in the icon if you think it would work.

font must be a modern, fun possibly doing something cool with the font.

preference will be given to logos with an 'edge'. feel free to deviate from the brief if you think you have a good idea.

Even though we are an English language agency i would prefer to avoid using the traditional ' Union Jack'.

winning designer will be asked to design further similar logos for our other language websites (other languages). I have been trying to get this logo designed for 3 months and have been through many bad designers so if i find a good designer i'd like to stick with them.
