More than a highly trained Chartered Accountant, the Financial Commando is a financial gun-for-hire who is committed to helping small to medium-sized enterprises increase their financial performance and business valuation by becoming their part-time Chief Financial Officer.
The Finance Commando is is a man of action, knows nothing of failure and basically kicks butt,
It is important to remember that I am in the financail services industry and that the logo needs to balance the above personality with a clean/sharp and professional feel, and a simple but impactful colour scheme.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My target market are successful entrepreneurs that mean business. They are busy and want good committed people to help them get results. They are more likely to be males rather than females. They are head strong, no-nonsense personalities. They are strong at marketing, sales and web delivery, but not good with numbers.
Whilst they will like the Finance Commando persona, as a financial services provider they want to feel confident that I am going to have high attention to detail and that I am not going to make any mistakes.
There is a risk that an overly gimmicky logo might damage the perception that I will have high attention to detail and that they can feel confident that I will take care of the financial elements of their business.
The logo will fit nicely on a business card, at the top of a website, and also letter head.
It needs to balance the personality with a clean/sharp and professional feel, and a simple but impactful colour scheme.
I want the logo to subtly come across as strong, 'means business', masculine.
It has to appeal to my target market, but also ensure they feel confident that I am going to have high attention to detail and that I am not going to make any mistakes.
