hcc231 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for impactful conservation to fight climate change
Check out hcc231's Logo design contest…
We develop/ create large-scale nature conservation projects in Malaysia that are sustained for the long-term or are permanent in nature. These include habitat-protection (eg. grooming park rangers, enshrined Park management plans), species-protection (eg. anti-poaching patrols including using patrol dogs, working with authorities on anti-trafficking) as well as including the communities in conservation (eg. employing forest people/aboriginies in the conservation activities, educating the public about conservation). We help raise long-term funding from investors to enable such projects to be created, through green finance options such as carbon credits, sustainable agriculture, etc.. The target audiences would include: government sectors whom we pitch to to convert critical areas of biodiversity from production to conservation, institutional investors (such as family office, foundations, climate funds, ESG-managers of Corporates looking to source carbon offsets and invest in biodiversity conservation) , retail investors (eg. subscribe to an income fund based on carbon credits sold to offtakers or other return-generating financing vehicles for the purpose of creating/sustaining Conservation) and all consumers of brand sponsors/ individuals/ media interested in the Conservation projects established by our company.
Although this is a new company, the work and team behind it are the same and continued from an NGO called Rimba, that will cease to operate by end of 2021. Attached is the logo. Because much of the work will carry over to the new company, would like the logo to resemble the existing for purpose of branding the "continuity" of people and work. Rimba's website:https://rimba.ngo/. Other than the panther, other iconic Malaysian animals to denote Conservation are tiger, hornbill, turtles, etc. Attached also an image of the anti-poaching unit in patrol as well as a slide on the protected animals that live in our first project (taken by camera trap onsite).
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $399.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
hcc231 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
We enjoyed the process working with Mangun Rukaih, each draft got better & better. We would sit on the idea for a day then make suggestions for revisions and your designs kept getting closer and closer till you brought it to life. Thank you as we take the next step and put "our" new logo onto Uniforms and Vehicles and Equipment.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
