How Relative Design started their logo design journey
Company Mission: Simplify and help customers process supplemental insurance claims so they receive the maximum benefit in the shortest possible timeframe.
Whukee Inc is built entirely around the idea of making it simple and efficient for customers to submit supplemental insurance claims. With many companies you have to fill out multiple forms (with duplicate information), fax doctors notes, receipts, etc. to submit a claim. On top of that you have to check on the status of the claim, fix problems and add additional information if needed.
Whukee makes the process simple. Customers login to our website and are guided through a simple online process and then one of our representatives put everything together and process the claim for them. No duplicate info, only answer necessary questions and an expert makes sure it's ok and takes care of all the details for you. Our clients almost always get their benefit checks sooner and for a larger amount. Our representatives work for the client and not the insurance company. A good analogy for us is the tax accountant that sits between you and the IRS.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Anyone with a supplemental insurance policy; typically health, disability or life policies (think Aflac). In addition we want to promote our service to agents who sell these policies.
We need a vector based logo to put on our website, business cards, etc. This is for a commercial website and would like something that inspires confidence yet has a modern clean and crisp feel. We're open to colors but so far lean toward blues or greens w/silver.
The "Inc" part is optional on the logo.
It's important that the logo somehow conveys a since of simplification, assistance or processing. The logo design should be royalty-free and useful for a variety of formats from online to print.
Here are some example of designs that I think represent, somewhat, what we're looking for:
