Need simple, fun and hip logo for my consulting and development company.
Super Bomb Labs
What's your vision?
I'm looking for a logo that will be worked into my web presence. I've thought of playing on the outline of a nuke like this one in my business cards, but also enjoy the cartoony look of the classic bowling ball with a wick look. The business is consulting development work that I'm hoping to turn into a design and development company so while I'm not a designer I'd like something that reflects the hip attitude of a graphics design company. We're focusing on applications that run on your TV or Mobile device - you can use or not use this information as you like. I'm a fan of many of the current "Web 2.0" style logos. Note Super Bomb Labs is 3 words (NO "the")and could be done vertically since all the words are pretty much the same length - but it doesn't need to be. Super Bomb Labs I use the tagline "explosive ideas" if possible I'd like to try to work that into the logo - but its secondary I'd focus on creating the logo for "the labs" first adding the tagline only if it works. Some designs I like: niqo Stat Housecalls Monkey I prefer brighter foreground colors - background could be less bright but pretty open on colors (black, white, tan, olive - all fine). Have you ever checked out kuler? (http://kuler.adobe.com). On there I like the color schemes called Garden Swimming Pool, 28X Dusty Petrol, Quiet Cry and First Impressions.
- Color Scheme is open but keep design should work in black and white as well as 4-5 colors - No more than 5 colors (4 is better) - Gradients are fine but I need a treatment that will work without (see black and white above)
- No Mushroom clouds - No lougebait or Jetsons.
