The organization is a new business which provides Conflict Resolution by means of Mediation and Arbitrations - the alternative of going to a regular court and going through the long process of a trial.
In mediation - the people of the Conflict Resolution Center bring the two sides together to try to sort out the differences, and try to "BRIDGE" between the two sides until an agreement is reached, which usually involves both sides make some sort of concession. Here the important qualities of the Mediaters (two layers in this case) is the ability to listen, to understand what's important to each of the parties, and the ability to reason with them.
In arbitration - that's like a regular trial in court, but because it's done in an office without all the formalities and long process of a court - the process is much shorter and efficient - both sides sit around a table, present their case, and the arbitrator ( a lawyer ) reaches a decisions is if s/he's a judge. the decision binds the disputing sides, yet they can dispute the decision in a regular court.
here the qualities is legal and business expertise (because we're dealing mostly with commercial/business legal cases.
the concept needs to convey the idea that "disputes resolved" in an efficient manner (in either mediation or arbitration) so both parties can proceed with their lives.
