ekonsultant got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for new online business...great opportunity to showcase your talent in the UK and Europe!

We need a logo that sums up the concept of a knowledge worker that is working smarter....not harder. Someone who thinks about how to get the job done...does it the most effective way...then takes Friday off to do their own thing!
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Cool colours...blues, greens preferred....maybe with another accent colour. Desired Style: The font needs to be sans-serif and modern looking. Maybe try a different colour/tone for the two parts of the trade name (smart and working). Accepted File Formats: PSD is fine though a scaleable EPS version might be useful. Smartworking is a web site that helps knowledge workers (people who work in an office and have to manage their own workload) work smarter. Need a logo device that probably sits to the left of the text 'smartworking' which should be in a modern sans-serif font. Could also sit above the text I guess. We had some ideas about a stylised head that is composed of cogs (like in a machine) or pieces of a jigsaw maybe (with segments interlocking). Have also thought about a stylised head as a lightbulb...but this might be a metaphor that is a little tired! The key message that we want to get across is that by thinking a little more about the way you work you can make your life a hell of a lot easier!
