CareerCup needed a new logo
design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 226 designs submitted by 62 freelance designers.
CareerCup.com is the #1 source for programming interview preparation. We help computer science student get jobs at top technical firms, like Microsoft Google and Amazon.
The word "cup" in CareerCup came from an idea of "contest" (eg, think "WorldCup", etc). You can ignore this though.
CareerCup's users are computer science students, mostly in the US.
1. Unique and memorable. I want people to know the logo when they see it.
2. The logo must be on a white background.
3. No ties or briefcases. They are too "male" and they also aren't really techy (people in tech, who are my target customers, don't wear ties).
4. No dollar / cash signs.
