ParkingMapper
ParkingMapper -- we provide innovative technology solutions to regional and local transportation problems by using Web 2.0 and spatial technology. We generate maps on the fly of parking availability, bus locations, bicycle spots, and cabs. You can remotely hail a cab, and find the bus using our mobile app or texting our short code. Buy or sell your parking spot for profit. Or get a bike at one of our kiosks.
Our users are anyone using regional or local transportation, whether by parking, taking cabs, or using bike-share in cities or taking a local bus in the city or the country. Our focus target is young adults, typically 18 - 35, who are using local transportation services but are also more technologically savvy than older age groups using the same services. We don't want to exclude anyone, though!
The logo must consist of a bold visual symbol and stylized text. ParkingMapper must be displayed with no space, but emphasis or different coloring on "Parking" or "Mapper" is acceptable.
A central focus of the symbol should be mapping or the incorporation of some sort of map theme. Working in cars, buses, and/or bicycles is a plus.
The visual symbol must be appealing and should look good both in the form you provide and also as a silhouette. The symbol should look good independently from the text, and should still retain some meaning if small parts are cropped off.
We have several sub-brands, including BusMapper, BicycleMapper, and CabMapper. We need to be provided with the font so we can use these brand names as well. If this isn't possible due to font licensing, we need alternates of the logo created with those brand names.
