I needed a logo for TapeConverters.com and had loads of boring standard designs with tapes and arrows to DVD's etc but with no creativity or anything different. This submission was miles ahead of the rest and was my instant winner. I chose it before the competition had even ended. The designer is very talented and very easy to work with and cannot recommend enough. Good stuff :-)

Quick Congress will be a website for quickly and easily getting congressional information. It'll offer services like:
1) Matching a spreadsheet of people with their senators and representative's information
2) Getting information for congressional staffers who handle different issues (energy, finance, health care, etc)
This will be a tool primarily used by advocacy agencies, typically to push a political agenda of some kind.

Suggestions if you aren't sure what to do. A) Show speed in some way. The `Quick` in Quick Congress is there because this is a fast solution to the user's problems. You could try to communicate that in the logo. B) Incorporate the image of the US Capitol Building. You're best bet would be to just use the dome, rather than the entire building.
