The Real Food Revolution is the freshest health and wellbeing event happening in 2014. With fully booked workshops held over 3 days with 150 attendees per event, throughout 5 major cities, the Real Food Revolution is about changing the way we eat as a culture, and creating a new community of healthy eaters and thinkers. Over the 3 days, we are going to cover everything from Raw Food Recipes, to Intuitive and Integrative Eating, to Paleo, processed foods, Emotional Eating, Holistic Health and just plain old Real Food. And that's just the tip of the Iceberg (lettuce). Kisane ‘Zane’ Appleby from Froothie, and Rory Bland AKA The Whole Food Dude are the hosts, along with a range of renowned speakers, and will be providing people with a unique form of edu-tainment that will help them get a step up on a happier, healthier and more energetic life! Target Audience: 25-44 year old women tends to be our main client, however The Real Food Revolution is intended to be open for everyone!
