How DenkProducties started their logo design journey
DenkProducties is Holland's leading organizer of 'pleasantly provocative' managementseminars. Our seminars are of high 'content quality' but also sparkling, rebellious and unexpected. So no boring powerpoints but real experiences, unexpected guests and provocative topics. Themes include 'managing people who don't feel like working', 'mba in one day' and 'invisible leadership'.
One of our seminars is called 'Turbo Management': is the extreme version of time-management. Turbo management is the fastest managementseminar in Holland. Filled with brilliant techniques to be extremely more productive as a manager.
Topics for the day include:
* extreme delegation
* 10 things you should stop doing as a manager
* how to make your employees self supportive, so you as a manager can do less
* speed-meeting: minimize meeting times
Turbo management is the 'managers guide to extreme productivity'.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience are middle managers of large Dutch corporations (incluiding government) and directors of middlesized and small companies.
They are 35-50 years old, highly educated but quite 'conventional'. That's why our seminars are so popular: we wake them up.
Our marketing campaign consists of direct mail (leaflets), emailings, and a dedicated website. Later this year, there will also be a book 'Turbomanagement'. Our logo is to appear on the cover of the direct mail brochures and the book.
The logo will be 'the face' of the seminar. It should make our brochures stand out from all daily mail.
The logo should:
* illustrate: speed, effectiveness, productivity
* include the title but may also consist of a real logo/icon
* be attractive enough to serve as a book cover
* be provocative but not vulgar
See enclosed our previous brochure cover/ We want to stop using photo's and only use a logo instead.
Enclosed you also find a few photo's we use in our brochure.
