We are glad to work with such creative and successful designer. FrenchDesign provides support both during and after contest process.
jayquai05 was the first to submit a logo to my contest and it turned out to be the best of all. I am really happy with how the final design turned out, and jayquai05 was really supportive during the entire refinement process.
How mark.langdon started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
"Data Driven Decision-Making” or “Turning Evidence into Insight” (The slogan does not necessarily need to be incorporated into the logo.)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
MAG 3D is a single portal for decision-makers to access data and analytics tools used by a government organization in the justice sector. The portal includes dashboards with critical business data and performance metrics, and also connects users to research on issues in the broader justice sector (e.g. crime statistics and reports).
The portal is part of a larger, organization-wide approach to promote the use of ‘evidence’ (data, analysis and research) in making better and actionable decisions.
The target audience is generally management or executive staff, often with a legal background and a new or general understanding of data and analytics.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Attorney & Law
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Our team is becoming more interested in incorporating some nods to our departmental colours into the logo's colour palette. Perhaps one or more of the colours below would be a great accent in your design:
- Magenta (hex b866a3)
- Grey: (hex 939597)
- Light Pink (hex f0cee2)
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We are looking for a clean, simple logo for the portal that stresses the idea of data/precision, and that balances a modern, innovative feel with trustworthiness and respect.
It would be great to have a logo that scales well – one that looks just as good as a small icon linking the user to the portal’s homepage as it looks being a main image.
The idea of "3D" in the name is two-fold. It’s a reference to the 3 Ds of Data Driven Decision-Making. It’s also meant to refer to our way of thinking. Taking it from one dimension to multiple ones to create a new image (e.g. from square to cube).
