Medical Tourism Site NEED LOGO & DESIGN

I am looking for a unique logo design that portrays a smart decision, secure, and representsggood health. Web site should be easy to navigate ideally with a picture of continents that can allow selecting where a person might want to travel for medical procedures.

This site is a medical tourism site. Medical tourism is the term for people that seek medical procedures or plastic surgery outside the United States.  I would like this site to look much higher class than all competitors.  I envision the continents as the navigation place to select where to to travel for procedures and would like this to be the focal point of the center of the site.

 I would like images of before and after plastic surgery if possible. I would like, if you possible, to have images of the following countries Turkey,Czech Republic,Poland, Thailand, India, Brazil, Costa Rica to flash in the background in the Logo area of the site.
