Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Mendel Construction and Company, established in 1997, is a commercial general contractor. With a home base in Denver, CO and jobs spanning throughout the United States, we specialize in commercial tenant finish and small ground up projects for retail, restaurant, fitness, office and medical/dental offices.
Our target audience includes individual owners of the above mentioned spaces as well as franchises.

Font choice is critical. The logo needs to be simple and clean without looking under-designed. The logo will be used in a variety of applications from embroidered shirts to vehicle wraps in both full color and gray scale. It should communicate commercial construction but not heavy/large scale commercial or industrial. This applies in particular to any symbols that may be used. You may abbreviate the word company with “Co.” and you may use an ampersand.
Our base color is blue with grey and white accents. Preferably the logo would include a variation of these colors and feel simultaneously modern and timeless. We are open to other/new color schemes as alternatives.
The motto of our business is “Building. Relationships.” The logo should be presented with and without this tagline as part of the design. Lastly, while we operate primarily out of Denver and are therefore open to using regional elements or symbols (e.g. mountains, skyline, etc), we don’t want the design to feel like we only operate in Denver or Colorado. It should translate seamlessly into other markets nationwide.
