SASH & Associates is an up and coming real estate firm and looking for a graphic designer to assist us with creating a new logo for our promotional and in-house materials.

Desired Color Scheme:
blue, dark blue & other colors

Desired Style:
Professional, Modern, Elegant

Accepted File Formats:
psd., gif, jpeg, etc.

LOGO DESIGN
-Concept: A lot of small dots that progress into a solid door or house. We would like to experiment with placing a sash across the door or door on the house.
-The dots should progress from left to right.

NAME DESIGN
-Our name should be placed directly under or to the right of the logo and consists of 2 lines.
-If under, then the length of our name should be the same length of the logo.
-If located to the right, then the width of our name should be the same width of the logo.
-"SASH" must be capitalized and placed on the 1st line.
-"& Associates" must be in regular caps and placed on the 2nd line.

FONT & COLOR
-We need a font that's elegant (i.e. Garamond, Sans Serif, etc.)
-The color for our name must be dark blue.
-Use various shades and tints of blue for dots on the logo.
- You may choose a solid color solid portion of the door/house, but it must compliment the design.
