Real Estate Agency Logo - $150 - 10 day contest

A client of mine requires a logo for a new real estate business which is starting up. We need a clean, professional looking logo for "Carstairs Estate Agency".

Leaning towards red/grey/white/black

Desired Style:
Professional, classic, clean. Open to suggestions and styles.

Accepted File Formats:
vector format - ai or psd

At this stage the client is very open to suggestions and colour schemes. They do like blue/white - however many competitor's logos use this colour scheme so they are equally keen to see something different.

Feel free to try to incorporate some sort of picture (e.g. a house/roof) into the logo - however this is NOT required.

I will provide feedback on the client's behalf as often as I can.

Any questions please ask! We have every intention of picking a winner - however if we are unable to find something we like (despite providing adequate feedback) then we reserve the right to not pick a winner.

If we can get a good logo we will be holding more contests for stationary (biz card/letterhead) and maybe a website design.
