PreviewHomes.TV
We are a growing real estate team in the Northern Virginia area (DC Metro area). We have been using video to attract, teach and facilitate home buyers in their buying process for some time now. However, we have not put all the pieces together on a web 2.0 website until now.
We want to be a dominate force in our market, rank in the top five in the search engines, and be the most visible team brand in our area.
This website could possible become the model for other real estate teams across America as we would later teach other agents how to dominate their markets with the use of video.
We are starting with our local real estate market.
Our audience consists of people that appreciate a new way of experiencing the home buying and selling process. Using videos to teach & communicate with visitors on the website, allowing buyers to save time and money, and offering our sellers more exposure for their homes.
The image part of the logo (meaning that which does not include the name 'Preview Homes') should be able to stand alone and be independently recognizable.....and should be able to denote the use of video. I would imagine that there could be some type of house outline/silhouette.
I also want the logo to highlight or bring attention to the fact that this is not a '.com' domain, but rather a '.tv' domain.
Initial thoughts have been to have a '.tv' inside a home outline at the tale end of the URL......***However, please don't let this statement limit your creativity***
A maximum of two (maybe three) colors should be used. Possible colors are: RED, GOLD, ORANGE, GREEN ...and of course BLACK. This is my current order of preference. Think of bright & bold colors that would stand out on a FOR SALE sign and/or sign rider. I have attached the RE/MAX for sale sign for you to see their use of color.
ALSO....I tend to lean towards horizontal designs. Compared to logo at top with domain below.
