My original brief was vague and generalised, basically due to the fact that I wasn't sure what it was I was after.
Having gone through 119 different design submissions from various graphic designers, I had somehow managed to overlook this particular design. When it came to crunch time I methodically went through all the submissions and it dawned on me just how good this design by h4sr actually is!
I loved it and made my decision to purchase it almost immediately.
Just to test out various options I requested that h4sr submit the same design in various colours, he did not disappoint and presented me with well over 50 variations!!
If I was in the market for another logo in the near future h4sr would be my FIRST port of call.

We are a commercial real estate agency in Sydney Australia. We sell and lease offices and industrial properties to business people.

Business people seeing real estate signboards, brochures, web listings etc.
Please review our existing logo and our existing signboards, brochure and website. We are changing our name from Glass Meares to Glass & Langford. So we would like to redesign our logo while sticking with our existing colors which are reflex blue and pantone 1505C (orange). We want the logo to be recognizable so people who know our existing logo will realize that it is our company. However this might just be color. It does not have to look the same as everyone else's logo. A fresh new look is what we need.

Must be bright and modern
Must be strong and bold to stand out against our competitors who are often on signs with us. See uploaded example of our competitors.
Must be supplied in high res pdf format and preferably Illustrator CS2 format as well.
Must fit in with the look and feel of our existing signs and brochures. We just -redesigned these items so we want to change the logo and keep the existing signage and brochure design. Very often the logo will appear on a reflex blue background and so a white stroke around the logo may be an advantage.
