bpeirce got their new logo design by running a design contest:
School us with a logo for the all-new Dyn University
Check out bpeirce's Logo design contest…
Dyn is an Internet Performance Solutions company, focusing on traffic management (DNS) and message management (email). We market primarily to highly-technical skilled professionals but do so in a light-hearted and irreverent way. Dyn University is an entity within our organization that will handle continuing education and professional development through, tuition reimbursement, conferences and guest speakers. This will be targeted internally at our own employees. The direction for this project is to create a university seal that is consistent with our existing logo and branding. Logo types to explore
Reference http://dyn.com/delivers/ (just that page, not the entire site) for a sense of the Dyn branding style. Design should be clean, flat and have the feel of a University crest/seal, while still maintaining the Dyn brand. As additional fodder, our core values are: trust, passion, performance, respect. These words/ideas COULD be incorporated into the design in the way that universities incorporate a school motto.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $399.
