davelakhani got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Training Company Needs A Unique And Powerful Logo Incorporating A Lighthouse
Check out davelakhani's Logo design contest…
Lighthouse Leaders is a training and consulting company that develops entrepreneurial leadership mindset for professional practice owners (Think Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Doctors etc.) The idea that we want to convey is the Lighthouse (Business Owner) as the leader (Metaphor) shining a guiding light that keeps tugboats (employees) from running into the rocks and moving safely through the harbor (running the business). The lighthouse leader is his most authentic self, focused on the future and looking for opportunity while at the same time guiding and protecting all in the harbor. This is a training company and the ultimate evolution of the person who is attending the training is to become a Lighthouse Leader. This is an expensive product and for professionals. It is a live, in person training. The person who is evolving into a lighthouse leader comes to us feeling overwhelmed, overworked and not sure what to do next. We help them develop the lighthouse leader mindset while helping them automate their business processes so they can easily manage their business, lead their employees, while at the same time looking for future opportunities.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty. Let designers make suggestions: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
