We are very happy with the process and the outcome of this project. Rafa provided good original design ideas and was responsive when we asked for changes. The final files were delivered in the right formats to our specifications.
How "Red" started their logo design journey
Chocolate Redhead is an international Internet Marketing company, with the two officers based in San Francisco (the "redhead") and London (the "chocolate.") respectively.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Red's original thought was a very Deco-like logo for "C" and "R" with the name below; akin to what was seen in Who Framed Roger Rabbit's, R.K. Maroon studio or the original Warner Brothers logo with a 1930s, elegant look.
Chocolate's ideas were more whimsical and irreverent; while we are not a food-based company, a created character evoking a chocolate bar with red hair.
You can see we are running the gambit and are completely open to ideas. It needs to be relatively simple so it can be applied across many mediums including business cards and a website. Our name Chocolate Redhead must be strong within the logo.
Looking forward to your fun and creative ideas!
- Clean, possibly red/brown colors? Simple fonts.
- Too much color - no rainbows, no calligraphic fonts.
