This design was for a vacation rental and future B&B that we are intending to use as a flagship brand logo for other possible ventures (including food products). The look needed to be both quaint but with touches of sophistication that would appeal to more urban, upscale audiences who we are trying to attract to this space. It needed to thread the needle between various moods. GiaKenza did a wonderful job, creating different 'looks' for our logo, including versions which featured our building, and text-only versions which did not. This helped us to come closer to finding what we needed to envision our own brand and its various uses, something which the other - very talented designers - did not do. It was this insight - that we didn't have ourselves - which set Gia apart from the others and helped us achieve the look we were striving for. Once he had won the commission, he was very responsive and helped us get the files we needed, and make small tweaks to the deliverables, as we worked with our printer. I'm so grateful - excellent work. I strongly recommend and endorse this designer. Many thanks! -chris bennem, proprietor Glen Hollow
How GreenBlueEarth started their logo design journey
I am a startup online retailer of Eco-friendly, sustainable and ethical goods- Children's, Women's, Men's clothing, shoes, towels and linens made of bamboo fabric, and recycled/organic paper products at affordable prices. Sustainability does not have to be a luxury. My goal is to be the name known in retail for ALL items GREEN - not necessarily just the color green. My tag line is, Keep the earth Blue, live and breathe Green.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My target market are generations X and Y - the hip, younger people who are technology savvy and are living conscientious lifestyles...the comic-book loving, well-read, well-traveled, dynamic citizens of the world- the scuba divers, surfers, and hikers!
I want a logo that best represents my name GreenBlueEarth that will become widely recognizable - so when seeing the logo, it will conjure saving the earth ideas but not in a boring, bland way. I am a big pop art fan...preferably something with bold colors representing GreenBlueEarth as it sounds- think Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist...I also love KidRobot- and happy Japanese anime- so please be creative and most importantly, make it fun!
