Great support through the project. I had to delay the completion of my website however they were always there to finish off the project regardless of the timeline. Mithu made me a promise “to finish only when I’m completely satisfied” and she kept her promise fully. They sent me several logo designs and changed it according to mi feedback. Very prompt and professional. Happy to deal with them again at anytime.

Very nice job! Love the logo! I'm likely to work with this designer again for future graphic needs.

How kenneth.carter started their logo & hosted website journey
Who are you known as?
CARTER EXCAVATING AND CLEARING SERVICES LLC
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We specialize in excavation, lot clearing, tree trimming and removal, demo and removal, and civil work and design.
Our target audience ranges from the homeowner that wants a few trees and stumps removed all the way to miles of clearing and grubbing for highways.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I don't want anything too busy; simpler is better. Think the )Nike swoosh" or the "Apple". While I know I'm not in competition with titans of industry, I would like to be recognized by a logo. Something that incorporates a backhoe or possibly trees maybe, I'm not sure to be honest - that's why I'm handing this to professionals.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the logo and hosted website?
I would like the colors to remain neutral and natural. For example, grays and browns with a splash of green. I don't want anything too busy - my target audience is larger companies looking for sub-contractors to do civil work as well as John Q Homeowner. I hate websites with cartoon characters and animation that serves no purpose. Keep it "Old School".
Jimdo templates to explore
In my mind, the homepage would be a menu with a button of a backhoe or excavator taking you to the "Excavation" info; a button of a guy in a tree trimming limbs taking you to the "Tree Trimming" info; a grader for "Lot Clearing", a dozer for "Demolition". I think you get the idea.
